One Bedroom Features

12 cottages have one queen bed in the bedroom, as well as the pull-out sofa in the living room. Eight (8) of these cottages are built "Duplex Style" with some open area between each set of duplexes. Each of these (8) units has a 9X12 covered front porch, and is approximately 542 square feet. The other 4 queen units adjoin the 3 bedroom townhouses and share a common front porch, and have a slightly different floor plan the the duplex type of units.
The cottages are built "duplex" style with some open area between each set of duplexes (see Resort Map).
12 cottages are one bedroom with a Queen Size bed.
8 cottages are one bedroom with TWO Double beds.
The Courtyard Queen units have a private 9'x12' covered front porch and are approximately 542 square feet. The other four queen units share a common porch with the townhouse units.
Each Double unit shares a 4'x22' covered front porch and is approximately 590 square feet.
Each unit has a pull out sofa in the living room.
All fully equipped units offer stoves, refrigerators, dishware, silverware, cookware, microwaves, toasters, coffee makers and complimentary coffee.
Bath and bed linens are provided.
Cable TV is also standard in each living room.
Every cottage has a wood burning fireplace and locally cut firewood is available for a nominal fee.
