Minimum Stay applies to Holidays. Minimum days required varies according to holiday.

Rates are based on single/double occupancy for 1-bedroom units or 6-persons
for 3-bedroom units.
There
is a $5.00 charge for each additional guest over 5 years of age.
YOUR
PET IS WELCOME. There is an
additional fee of $10 per pet/per day and management approval is
required prior to making your reservation - no exceptions.

There
are two ways to secure your reservation - Hold your cottage with
a Major Credit Card or make a prepaid deposit of one nights stay. Weekly
reservations require 1 week lodging paid in advance. Monthly reservations require 1 week lodging paid in advance.
Deposit required for large groups, depending on length of stay and number of units reserved. Please call for info.

All
deposits are non-refundable.
The remainder of the reservation will not incur additional costs as
long as proper notice is given. (See above for proper notification
times). No daily housekeeping. Weekly housekeeping provided for monthly stays.

Check
in time is 2:00 PM.
Payment in full for your entire reserved stay is expected upon
registration.

Check
out time is 11:00 AM.

Any
damages resulting from you or anyone in your party will be billed
to your account.
